Setting GPRS & MMS Ponsel Cina

Theponsel.com, Sejatinya, pengaturan internet di ponsel merk lokal/Cina memiliki karakter dan struktur yang sama. Ya, sesuai dengan platform software yang digunakan dan rata-rata juga memiliki kesamaan, yakni MTK. Hanya saja, peletakan menu layanan terkait browser dan akun datanya saja yang terkadang sedikit beda. Misalnya lokasi settingan WAP browser, umumnya ada di folder menu “Service” begitu pula untuk “Data account”.

Namun, ada beberapa ponsel yang meletakan pengaturan-pengaturan ini di menu “Extra”. Tapi pada dasarnya semua model pengaturannya sama. Yang penting, kita tahu mana yang pertama kali harus diatur.

I. Setting GPRS

Langkah I

Menu > Service > Data account > GPRS > Edit Data Account 1,or 2,3..15 > Ok

Selesai > Save? > Yes

Langkah II

Menu > Service > WAP > Setting > Select Profile > SIM 1 or SIM 2 > Edit Profile > SIM 1 or SIM 2 > Select Profile > Profile Operator > Edit Profile

Selesai > Save? > Yes > Activate Profile

II. Setting MMS

Langkah I

Menu > Service > Data account > GPRS > Edit Data Account 1,or 2,3..15 > Ok

Selesai > Save? > Yes

Langkah II

Menu > Messages > MMS > Message Setting > Server Profile > SIM 1 or SIM 2 > Profile Operator > Edit Profile

Selesai > Save? > Yes > Activate Profile

Setting Modem GPRS Ponsel MyG

Theponsel.com, Saat ini handphone MY G telah dapat digunakan sebagai modem GPRS. Sehingga kita dapat browsing dimana saja dengan menggunakan MY G sebagai modemnya. Beberapa tipe handphone telah kami uji dan dapat digunakan sebagai modem diantaranya : My G 100, My G 110, My G 638, My G 630, My G 660, My G 800, My G 810, My G 818, My G 819, My G 901 dan My G 906. Bagaimana cara nya?

Untuk menjadikan handphone My G sebagai modem internet, harus dilakukan beberapa tahap yaitu :

Pastikan layanan GPRS pada sim card telah diaktifkan , tanyakan ke provider kartu anda untuk cara mengaktifkannya.
Setelah aktif dapat mengikuti langkah – langkah sebagai berikut :

I . INSTALASI DRIVER KABEL

Colok Kabel ke CPU & HP, pilih mode Com Port pada handphone
Setelah itu akan diminta driver, pilih no,no this time, klik next
Pilih instal from specific location (advance), klik next
Pilih Don’t search ,just chose the driver to install, next
Pilih have disk, browse, arahkan file ke My G port.inf (file ini dapat didownload di www.my-gmobile.com),setelah itu akan muncul My G port, pilih next lalu continue anyway
Klik kanan di My Computer pilih properties – Hardware – Device Manager, periksa dibagian port akan muncul MyG Port ( com X ) catat angka X tersebut untuk mengetahui dimana kabel data anda terinstall.

II . SETTING MODEM DIKOMPUTER

Pilih start – setting – control panel – phone and modem option – modem – pilih add
Centang Don’t detect my modem, I will select it from list, klik next
Pilih standar modem 1440Bps modem, next
Pilih Comm Port sesuai yang terinstall di kebel tadi, lalu pilih next – finish
Klik kanan di standar 14400Bps modem, pilih properties, advanced, masukkan AT+CGDCONT=1,”IP”,”APN operator”,”IP gateway”,0,0. ( contoh : AT+CGDCONT=1,”IP”,”satelindogprs.com”,”202.152.162.250”,0,0 (untuk satelindo )

Daftar setting per kartu : (silakan di copy lalu paste di computer anda)

Telkomsel (simpati/AS,Rp.12,-/kb, kecuali Halo tidak perlu extra string modem) AT+CGDCONT=1,”IP”,”TELKOMSEL”,”010.001.089.130″,0,0
Telkomsel Flash : AT+CGDCONT=1,”IP”,”FLASH”,”010.001.089.130″,0,0 (keberhasilan koneksi flash pada saat buka sembarang address di internet explorer, maka langsung membuka halaman telkomsel flash untuk memilih paket pemakaian)
Telkomsel Flash langganan tetap dan terdaftar di Graphari tanpa paket modem (Rp.1,-/kb): AT+CGDCONT=1,”IP”,”INTERNET”,”010.001.089.130″,0,0 (langsung browsing otomatis tidak menuju halaman telkomsel flash, karena sudah terdaftar di graphari)
Matrix Indosat (Rp.10,-/kb): AT+CGDCONT=1,”IP”,”SATELINDOGPRS.COM”,”202.152.162.250″,0,0
IM3 Indosat (Rp.1,-/kb): AT+CGDCONT=1,”IP”,”INDOSATGPRS”,”010.019.019.019″,0,0

III . MEMBUAT KONEKSI DIAL UP

Masuk ke start – setting – control panel – network connection –
Create a new connection, next
Connect to the internet, next
Setup my connetion manually, next
Connect using dial-up modem, next
Isi ISP terserah anda ( contoh satelindo gprs ) lalu next
Isi phone number dengan *99***1#
Isi user name dan password sesuai kartu anda detailnya sebagai berikut:

Mentari / Satelindo – User name: indosat, Password : indosat
Telkomsel – User name : wap, Passwore : wap123
XL – User name : xlgprs, password : proxl
3 – username : 3gprs, password : 3gprs
Axis – Username : Axis, Password : 123456

9. Klik pada bagian Add a shortcut to this connetion to my dekstop, agar koneksi bs di gunakan

IV . KONEKSI KE INTERNET

Untuk connect ke internet tinggal klik 2x pada icon di desktop lalu dial

Setting Email Yahoo di Ponsel CSL Blueberry

Theponsel.com, Salah satu fitur yang ada di beberapa ponsel CSL Blueberry adalah fitur PULL EMAIL. Pull email beda dengan PUSH Email. Dimana Pull email bisa di artikan sebagai “penarik email”, Blueberry menarik/mendownload email yang kita kehendaki. Selain itu tentu saja kita juga dapat mengirim email juga dari Blueberry. Saat ini, Yahoo! Sudah menyediakan domain khusus untuk Indonesia, yakni yahoo.co.id.

Postingan ini akan membantu Anda menggunakan yahoo.co.id sebagai account email di Blueberry. Cara pengaturannya cukup mudah, dari menu utama => email => Email Account => New Account dan ikuti parameter dibawah ini.

E-Mail Address	alamat e-mail. (misal: emailanda@yahoo.co.id)
Protocol	POP3
Data Account	Pilih Account GPRS Anda. pada Option => Select
Incoming server	pop.mail.yahoo.co.id
Outgoing Server	smtp.mail.yahoo.co.id
User Name	Isi username account email Anda. lengkap dengan @yahoo.co.id
User Password	Isi password account email Anda
Account Name	Isi nama display account. misal Ymail

Tahap berikutnya adalah seting beberapa parameter pada Account yang telah dibuat. Dari Email Account => Option => Edit.

Pada Display Name yang masih kosong, Anda dapat mengisikan dengan nama Anda. Masuk ke Advance Seting. Pada Check Interval Anda dapat mengatur waktu otomatis Bluebery anda mengirim dan menerima email. Atau biarkan dalam posisi OFF untuk manual. Save pengaturan yang Anda kehendaki.

Outgoing Server, Isikan Outgoing port dengan 25. Pilih Security OFF dan AUTHENTICATION juga OFF. SAVE semua settingan2 ini. Incoming Server, Isikan Outgoing port dengan 143. Pilih Security OFF. Download Option adalah setingan untuk email masuk yang berupa Header only (Hanya judul email) atau Download All (Judul dan isi email). Simpan setingan yang dikehendaki kemudian aktifkan email account Yahoo Anda.

Sebagai Catatan, Data Account pada beberapa tipe Blueberry dapat menggunakan WIRELES LAN sehingga tidak memotong pulsa Anda. Dengan catatan Wireless LAN dalam posisi ON. Selamat mencoba.
